Etude ("we", "our", or "the app") is a music practice application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Etude handles your information.

1. Data We Collect

Etude is designed to work entirely offline. No account registration is required to use the app.

We do not collect any personal data.

2. Local Storage

Etude stores your preferences and settings locally on your device using standard system storage (UserDefaults / AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and includes:

• App settings (theme, playback preferences, layout options)
• Score metadata (titles, last opened dates)
• In-app purchase status

3. Music Files

Music files you import (MusicXML, MSCZ, MIDI, MP3, WAV) are stored locally on your device. We do not access, upload, or share your music files.

4. Network Communication

Etude may connect to the internet only for the following purposes:

• SoundFont downloads: Downloading instrument sound data from a CDN for MIDI playback
• In-app purchases: Processing purchases through Apple's App Store

No personal data is transmitted during these connections.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate any SDKs that collect user data.

6. Children's Privacy

Etude does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Etude（以下「当アプリ」）は音楽練習アプリケーションです。お客様のプライバシー保護に取り組んでいます。本ポリシーは、Etudeがお客様の情報をどのように取り扱うかについて説明します。

1. 収集するデータ

Etudeは完全にオフラインで動作するよう設計されています。アプリの使用にアカウント登録は不要です。

個人データは一切収集しません。

2. ローカルストレージ

Etudeはお客様の設定をデバイスのローカルストレージ（UserDefaults / AsyncStorage）に保存します。このデータはお客様のデバイスから外部に送信されることはありません。保存される情報：

• アプリ設定（テーマ、再生設定、レイアウトオプション）
• 楽譜メタデータ（タイトル、最終閲覧日）
• アプリ内購入のステータス

3. 音楽ファイル

インポートした音楽ファイル（MusicXML、MSCZ、MIDI、MP3、WAV）はお客様のデバイスにローカル保存されます。当方がお客様の音楽ファイルにアクセス、アップロード、共有することはありません。

4. ネットワーク通信

Etudeは以下の目的でのみインターネットに接続する場合があります：

• SoundFontのダウンロード：MIDI再生用の楽器音源データをCDNからダウンロード
• アプリ内購入：Apple App Storeを通じた購入処理

これらの接続において個人データが送信されることはありません。

5. サードパーティサービス

当アプリはサードパーティの分析、広告、トラッキングサービスを一切使用していません。ユーザーデータを収集するSDKも統合していません。

6. お子様のプライバシー

Etudeは13歳未満のお子様を含め、いかなる方からも個人情報を収集しません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更がある場合は、更新された施行日とともにこのページに掲載されます。
